In company disability peer-support

Mehandyou

MeHandYou is a growing community of atypical profiles. It brings together people with disabilities who have been lucky enough to meet the right people in their lives and want to give back and support in turn. Thanks to our digital platform and our matching tool, finding and exchanging peers has never been so easy. The idea is that we are not defined by our disability but by what we can bring to others. This is why the community has already produced and created a lot of content (2 podcasts, 6 webinars, 12 free radios, 52 virtual cafés)

In addition to recruitment, maintaining and developing talent within a company is a real challenge, especially when the talent is disabled. Retention, skills development, well-being of the employee and his or her colleagues, we offer support capable of meeting all these challenges in order to build, together, a lasting and above all win-win relationship!

Virgile is the head of Mehandyou and this is only the beginning of this beautiful project of influence of atypical profiles.
